I had no trouble with my weight in college. I ran five miles a day and ate anything I wanted. In fact, standing at just over 5’3”, I would eat more than my 6 foot boyfriend (who eventually became my husband) and still was incredibly lean. I graduated from college and even though I was sitting a lot more in an office environment, I kept trim and attractive. After the birth of my first son at 26 however, my weight profile really changed and weight loss success would become far more difficult.
